"When we were living in our 150 year old, 2 bedroom townhouse in Wilmington, we could only dream of owning a home at the beach. Finding a house and getting financing was not that easy. Thanks to Chad and Robin, there are two families exactly where they want to be, and financially able to make it all happen.
